Old Incident

The Wanaka Walkers “B” team went to Bannockburn (in New Zealand NOT the other one) and walked the old gold mining trailings to Stewart Town an old long lost mining town on the top of the Plateau.

Notice the use of the word “old” there? More later…..

This is a grrreat walk at this time as the Thyme is on time and the Poppies popping. 

Now this old thing…..’Cos it was the “B” team the members are “that word”  and The Boss really struggled today because he walked off after lunch (HIS) and nearly forgot his stick. He was concerned “Cos none of his oxx friends noticed and told him.
I can’t help thinking that there is another side to this ……somewhere…..but I just can’t seem to get my 56 years around it.
