Sulphur-tuft troupe

A mixed day, with a morning of torrential rain, followed by an afternoon of bright sun. After catching up with shopping and washing, I had a mosey round Thorpe Wood and even lugged my tripod with me, in case there were any interesting fungi. Sadly, the range of species was disappointing, but there were a couple of fallen logs smothered with emerging sulphur-tuft, which are at least bright and cheerful.
