A double over the bay

A lazy Sunday and have just devoured a superb roast beef dinner. The beef came from Martyn and Danielles excellent farm shop, a great addition to our High Street suppling  their own and other local produce,which is the way forwards for so many.
I am trying to resist the need for a quick nap when a sharp storm passed through followed by this magnificent double rainbow.
