Seascape

Lunch at the beach today. More correctly perhaps brunch. It was very windy.

We walked from the cafe area of the beach down to Fittie and back to the car. Quite invigorating given the wind. The sea was quite rough. The waves looked like they might have been good for surfing but nobody was in the water.

There was a lot of foam on the sea. I am not sure what causes the foam. In the past in some areas the foam has invaded the the shore, but the sea wall is high enough to keep the foam to the sea. The foam covered the sea and the water itself was not visible expect where a high wave was approaching the shore.

Though it remained dry in the morning we had heavy rain most of the afternoon.

I was tempted to do more with this picture, but after some experimentation decided to leave it as it was.
