Shadow play with glass

We've been taking stock today! For the insurance during the move we need to note down almost every item we are moving and its cost ! The lists provided foresee lots of things but not everything and have some strange quirks. There's one post for decorative items, we can note down how many we have as one lot but then how to price them? And then there are chests, hutches and wardrobes but not a bookcase to be found on those lists nor a slot for ..... books!  We can't possibly start counting all the books we have and value them per book as 'other'. Headscratching and headaching day !

But the sun was shining and it shone on one of the decorative items in the living room. I've Blipped the glass winestopper (a souvenir gift from a friend who went to New Zealand, an unfurling fern shape) before. It stands in a small decorative green shot glass which belonged to my husband's grandfather on a glass shelf and the transparent and coloured shadow made a figurine with eyes :-) To see what you're looking at see the full shot in the extra.
