This art excursion was different than all the rest for many reasons. It had very little art to look in their exhibit, but what goes on in the building holds more of a significance than the art itself. This building used to be a big school but got shut down, so they made it into an art school with classes for all ages. We even got to do some pilates while we were there. The building itself holds a lot of beautiful historic value, which is what we mainly talked about. As you go farther and farther up into the building you can tell more of what it used to be. This was interesting for me because of my interest in education & how there are different forms of educating the community.
