The Salutation Garden

Showery first thing but brighter later.

We visited Sandwich and the lovely garden is situated just outside the town centre. It was created by Edwin Lutyens and has been restored. They grow loads of Dahlias which are still looking amazing. A really great place to spend a couple of hours.

We had a bag of chips on the Quayside and watching some hilarious boat antics before heading to Deal for a quick walk along the seafront and pier.
