Morning Rain

...just after Stu got here last night for a beer, the phone rang. It was N who wanted me to go & collect them. I wasn't really expecting to have to go as early as 530 but they caught me just in time. So I went out to collect the kids,  Stu managed to drank his beer before he & I left & I drank mine when i got back in.

So today started with very heavy rain. I took C to her class which was a one day course on the Alexander Technique see here for more info:

I have spent the day doing lots of little odd jobs...I have to pick C up at 4 pm & as it happens I haven't been out today despite thinking I would & despite the rain clearing & the sun shining. I've had a nagging  headache for a few days which doesn't want to go away - maybe tomorrow.
