That time of year

I do enjoy a good fancy dress and I haven't really don't it properly for years.

This time last week I walked through a bunch of masked youth and smiled as I did so. In hindsight it was a bit scary as it was dark and it was unclear what they were carrying. We've had a scary clown incident down here so I wondered if their presence was related to that? No such incidents this weekend!
