I forgot how much I missed it - the lurch of nerves in your stomach before your first shot, the adrenalin when you score a strike or pick off that spare. Clapping your team mates, clapping your opponents. And with all that, it's a lot of fun and no-one takes it seriously, well, not much.

So many of the members are "older" like the Nomads. We've have an open day to try and get some younger folks in. I like the banter with the old guys. One of our team is 75 and he acts like a 14 year old.
