White Faced Heron

I had plenty to choose from today. There were whitebaiters, boaties, fishermen, huge high tide and interesting flowers with bees. 

The pic I really wanted was the two monarch butterflies mating. I had just packed the camera away for the trip home and couldn't get it back out quickly enough.

I havent blipped a heron for a while so I will go with that this time.
