Our old clock

An old chimer - 7 day wind-up.  This was our only time-piece in a little bush shack when I was growing up.  Life was very basic - no electricity, plumbing, heating or cooling - so kerosene lamps, a primus stove and this old clock were especially important. My Dad used to wind it up every Sunday night and I remember its soft chimes all through the day and night.  These days the timing is out but I still like to hear it sometimes.
