I was back to the office today, and thankfully did not have the post-holiday blues. One of the first sights in town this morning was of a bunch of people from the 18th century trying to cross a road. Obviously all the horseless carriages spooked them because they had several unsuccessful attempts to cross, since none of them knew about the magic button which summons the red light that halts these vehicles. In another words, I think the festival is back in town.
I spent my lunchbreak back blipping pictures, so had to wait to after work to capture my first portrait of this year's festival. This subject was at St Andrew's Square and we both agreed the slats were very visually interesting.
