Tea's up

My most looked forward to meal of the week? Lunch on a Saturday.

Up at 06.00 to stuff porridge down my neck and although we're not even 6 months out until the marathon off a couple of us went before dawn on a 17 miler which included a 5K Park Run race after 11 miles, where we came 2nd and 3rd, then back on to the roads to complete the session. After 2,500 calories a hot bath and bucket loads of food are needed...

Only another 27 of these Saturdays to go..
