Pie time!

I bought "Vegetarian Entertaining" magazine today. It's full of lots of recipes I'm going to try. Tonight's offering was Butternut squash and sage pie. There are parsnips in there too, as per the recipe, but I substituted marscapone for the ricotta as that's what I had in the fridge. Martin said it tasted great, so it was a success I think.
