Leading and managing teams day 1

The closing ceremony of the Olympics was good but not as good as the opening ceremony. I was a bit disapointed of the music choice, someone songs were good, some were ok and some were poor.

Today I started my 4 day training course at our companies training centre. Its "leading and managing teams" and I'm really disapointed with the first day of the course. Today was about our learning styles and personal development plans. I don't think I have ever been as bored on a course as I was today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Our companies training centre is amazing it has it's own swimming pool, gym, sauna etc. I went to the gym after the course finished to blow the cobwebs away. The training centre also has an amazing restaurant (pic), it's like a 4 star restaurant and the food is amazing.
