Grasshopper

start again, bagging up grass cuttings and this creature landed on the bag and stayed while i got the camera much to my surprise. got a couple of shots before it decided enough was enough. taken squatted down as close as i could  with the Tamron Adaptall  90 1:2 Macro.  they remind me of the creatures in "Quatermass and the Pit" which i watched when aired on the good old Beeb in 1958, scared to death but not nearly as much as the 1954 showing of George Orwell's 1984, now that was scary but the reality is even more so i think.  the extra is a B&W version
