Giant Red Poppy

A friend sent me some of her giant red poppy seeds. I planted and waited. nothing,  I waited some more and nothing.  Imagine my surprise when these seedling sprouted in the same pot that I a clivia planted.  Obviously it is one of the giants! It is currently supported by my plastic garden chair which is acting as a stake.  I will be cultivating the seeds too! :)
