Sunrise

Lovely sunrise this morning at home, in Lincoln first thing which is nice as I don't need to leave as early. Afternoon in Grantham working followed by a evening deep tissue massage for my neck and shoulders. It was knotted and hard work but needed. I did enjoy the head massage bit :)
