Passion flower

Spent the afternoon at Wisley. Pleasant day as it was not too cold. Found the passion flower in the glass house.

on the health front, all is well. Just documenting for my diary that sugar levels are in control for the first time in years. Left off gliclazide this morning,lost 2kg this week, managing at least 30-45 minutes of exercise daily either in the gym or walking the naughty Jasper
