A Bit Limp

It's how I am feeling today.  It's been a gruelling week both physically and emotionally.  I'm not good at knowing when to stop and am paying the price.  Not dead yet though.

Amy at school but Ruth struggling we found out this morning.  Soon be her half term and a week in Wales.
