One of the sadly many who cycle on the pavement on Thirlestane Road. Primary school kids coming towards her didn't slow her progress any. Typically around 5 an hour whenever I've been working in the garden. Mostly slow but a few racers. The state of the road is a reason but not an excuse. Typically road bikes.
