Still out there

It's been a funny sort of day.

Caitlin had her much awaited surgery and coped really well with ears, nose and throat being operated on. We spent a good length of time chilling in the day ward, eating jelly and ice-cream, and catching pokemon.

There was a beautiful plant for Kathy on display in the nurses station. It's been just over a year and it's still hard to believe, Kathy. But there was some magical stormy clouds followed by a bright rainbow after we got home, so maybe you were around, doing your nursey thing and making things all better.

I even had the motivation to complete my rainbow crochet blanket.
