Boomer - Snow Dogs #7

Well, I spoke too soon yesterday when I said I'd got another couple of weeks of  'on the job' training at work - one of my colleagues has been waiting to go into hospital for a pretty major operation, and they told her it would be in about 2-3 weeks time.  However, she received a phone call this afternoon to tell her they wanted her to go in on Monday next week.  This means that Shaughan the Practice Manager will now have to cover her job and therefore won't be able to continue my training.  So I'm on my own and will now be let loose on the patients from Monday!  But it couldn't be helped and I guess there's no better way to learn the job than to be thrown in at the deep end.

Alan's parents have arrived tonight and as their train arrived at 4.45pm, I stayed in Hove after work so that I could pick them up from the station. As I had a bit of time to kill, I went in search of some more snow dogs and this one is Boomer who's sponsored by Fat Boy Slim and can be found in Fat Boy's Big Beach Cafe at Hove Lagoon.  It's pretty cool and I've added a couple of extras so you can see him side on.  I've also added a photo of Marty that I found at Hove Park - I think Boomer looks better on his own rather than as part of a collage, so I may go back and re-take Marty so that I've got them all in my journal.  I've only got three more to find.
