Split Decision

I went out this afternoon to see if I could collect a few specimens for the workshop we are doing on Saturday, as there was so little around yesterday near the workshop venue. No so round here I went to one of my local top spots and found lots of lovely things. I just hope they will stay fresh till Saturday. I couldn't decide between this Split Gill (a tiny one - smaller than my little finger nail), or a Slime Mould (smaller than a pinhead) The slime mould will go into extra.
A bonus was seeing huge numbers of Winter Thrushes flying excitedly round the moorland fringes on my way.
