Down south

This backblip is of the San Biagio church at the foot of the hilltop town of Montepulciano in Tuscany. We arrived at the place we were staying with the light falling under thick cloud. Then suddenly just as were being shown in to our residence the sun came out under the clouds.

The next morning I took a steep path through a cemetery to reach the main town and buy something for breakfast with the low clouds scudding over the main square.
