Day 2

After setting sail at 23:15 last night, today was spent at sea.

On my cruise in February this year, we had a day at sea and everything was fine. This time was a bit different - a fair amount of swaying - could be due to it being on the Mediterranean Sea - a bit delicate today! Made sure we had a siesta.

This evening was the captains cocktail event, introduction from the head of services and captain. Put on the posh frock and hubby dressed smart/casual, although he felt a little underdressed. After the introductions, then on to dinner of waiter served 5 course meal (only managed 3), with a couple who are regular travellers of cruises. Very nice evening and company.
