Whiter than White

After about 12 years, our old washing machine bit the dust last week so a replacement was needed rather urgently and it arrived today. Although I am sure our washes will clean better, we can now have conversations in the kitchen when it is on, which were previously almost impossible. 12 years seems pretty good, although we did squeeze the last bit of suds out of it!
