Same but Different Again
Scottish Mental Health Week
Being out for a walk in nature can clear away the negative stuff. I love this time of year with all the colours of the leaves changing, the conkers falling, squirrels stocking up for winter, starlings getting drunk on the rowan berries.
I had great satisfaction today when walking along the main road to the bus-stop of kicking the piles of leaves on my way.
I did Branching Out and the John Muir Award a few years ago not long after my brother passed away, it helped me greatly to get back to doing something for myself and working on a woodlands project with others.
