The Bar

Not too many places you'd find this scene ... except maybe at Perisher.

Long day today, Didn't sleep much at all, up at 4.30, departed Christchurch at 7 in pouring rain, Sydney at 8.30.

Car rental and then a drive to Perisher, 500km. Boring, but interesting, Jindabyne was nice, then the ski tube to Perisher. No overnight parking here, which when you arrive, makes sense.

Have to say, I'm pretty impressed. I think the skiing might disappoint, the place, pretty cool. Groomers outside the window!
