More apples
We've picked and delivered just short of nine tonnes of apples for cider/juice. We've made 350 litre of juice for ourselves and to sell. Now we are in the end phase of freezing apples for winter pies and sauces, drying apple rings for winter snacks and making apple jelly to eat on hot buttered toast. Once this is done, we have one tree left to carefully pick and store the apples. And then we can start with getting the wood ready for the winter fires. Good job we haven't got anything else to do ....
