Wide Angle Wednesday Mt Victoria Station
This afternoon we went to Mt Vic Flicks to see "Sully", the film about the amazing pilot who landed his plane in the Hudson River.
In need of a shot for Wide Angle Wednesday we then went along to the railway station.
Although it is a small village, the station built in 1869 used to be a major stopping point for trains headed to the west.
Apparently passengers disembarked there for a silver service meal in the dining room.
Not so much as a railway pie is available these days but the station retains its grandeur.
Thanks to BobsBlips for continuing this great challenge.
