After...

My annual review of medications...the extra is where I walked in to be reviewed, by a most amiable  doctor  who gave me a thorough check over. I count myself very lucky to live five minutes drive from this beautiful sea view and also enjoy the most excellent medical care anyone could wish for.
I noticed, with the sun behind me, a long shadow across the car park of my own selfi..you can't see it..I cloned it out :-)
