Example Facade ('Example' is the area)

Another week starts. Lots of extra work to do in week 3 as the trainee teachers switch midweek the level of students they're teaching and work with the other tutor for the next two weeks. The tutors also teach the first class of their new level to give them a chance to see the tutors in action again and see what the students are like before they teach them. And then there are 1-1tutorials with them all this week too! And it's a 4-day week - not sure if that's good or bad!
