"Noel"

The pumpkins and fall decorations have not made it out of the closet yet to decorate my home, but the sound of Christmas Music has been filling the air.  As a church musician,  we always start working on Christmas music many months in advance.  It is the only Christmas thing I ever do ahead of the season!  I am particularly loving working on a new piece for our band and chorus, "Noel" by Chris Tomlin.  In the first two measures, the composer quickly sets the tone and scene for a very worshipful song.  If you have time, listen to Lauren Dangle sing "Noel".  You will be blessed!
