Sunrise followed by .....

..... a beautiful day, tho' it is quite cool now 6.00pm .
Good work out and swim at the pool today 68 lengths of the pool( v. Small ) so I'm happy with that, came home to make a toasted cheese sandwich and coffee, then a text meant I had to go to the shop as I have a visitor to lunch tomorrow and I have an appointment too so no time to shop tomorrow!!

Happy ... with my achievement at the club this am.
