i was aware of a bright light shining in my face and couldn't open my eyes and said 'what's that bright light' ? It's Ben with the torch from the kitchen says Stewart!! Then he put it on to SOS mode and it's a good job I'm not epileptic as its was like a strobe! The minute Ben opens his eyes he likes to go downstairs to let Breagha up and as its dark in the mornings now he remembered the torch....

Before long we were all up and at em so we decided to go to Nero for breakfast. Two croissants and jam later for the boys we headed on our way. There was a big 9.2m climbing tower in the centre beside the farmers market set up by one of the highland Perthshire outdoor companies, and the boys were desperate to go up. Cameron is a fantastic climber so he was st the top in no time so he was given more difficult ways to get to the top. The guy advised him to join a climbing club so I've been looking around. Ben got half wAy which was great for him - had 45 mins up and down it .

Home for lunch then after a walk by the river. GG's taking her shopping then dropping the boys home.

Was in bed at 9.30 exhausted!
