Inside

I spent the entire day inside, watching the London 2012 Olympics! The Closing Ceremony (okay, maybe I am a little biased as I thought our Vancouver 2010 Opening Ceremony was full of awesome) was definitely memorable and I liked it much better than their Opening Ceremony.

Since it was broadcast live, my boyfriend and I were able to watch it "together" even though we are far away from each other. It was nice to make fun of stuff we didn't like (that leotard girl butchering Queen!) and praise the things we did like (e.g., so many things...but ballet phoenixes come to mind!).

Well, what does my photo have to do with staying inside to watch the Olympics? I guess that I took the challenge to hunt down an interesting composition from existing items and displays in the house.

Now what will I watch? It's not over yet, though. There are the Paralympic Games and I also have a tonne of rhythmic gymnastics recorded on the PVR. No one tell me who wins! I suspect it might be a Russian, but I don't know which girl yet.
