Riverside walk

I went to Guildford today and took Pino to meet Pauline1953, and we had such a lovely walk alongside the river , and back across Shalford Park. We try to meet up once a month for lunch together , and today we had a very enjoyable lunch in a pub by the river, which was fortunately very dog friendly , as Pino had the wind beneath his tail today for some reason ! We had our usual lovely catch up chat over lunch , but no shopping today , as it was slightly difficult with Pino in tow . A perfect day , which ended sadly , because as soon as I returned home , I heard my mum had been admitted to hospital with heart failure , but at least she is in good hands .
