The road to nowhere

Today we did the last section of our Devon Coast to Coast which ended in Lynmouth and took up from Simonsbath. It was the most beautiful day with wall to wall sunshine most of the day. Three of the group took a wrong turning after lunch and left the other ten of us wondering what had happened to them. We sent out a search party and regathered. They had tried to use a mobile but there was no signal. We at last got sight of journey's end and five of us were able to get our certificates in recognition of completing the whole walk. This is the first time I have completed a long distance path and I will be aching tomorrow. If I blow up the picture, I can just make out my Mini in the car park.
