So Shay was still staying and she wanted to swim in Toms training pool so off we went to the life centre - Melody was cold and grizzled.. Maybe the jabs.. Maybe that the life centre are lying about it being 30 degrees...
After we went to mikes parents for lunch - and had 2 desserts again! Oops.. Still I've been doing my exercise video and into 3rd week of doing!
Came home and brought Shay over to Bodmin - and decided to stay so we can go with everyone to Crealy tomoz - bought loads of fruit as Jed bought a smoothy maker - had strawberry melon and kiwi :)
Then watched the closing ceremony - v patriotic - have enjoyed the Olympics
