A good afternoon yesterday (Sunday): we went to see a friend who had a stall in a crafts fair, then we took a walk in Chartres. Even though it's only an hour's drive from home, we hadn't yet been in the four years since we've lived in our greater suburb's village.

The weather was very good and we enjoyed the stroll and the majestic cathedral.
