Day 10 : Pink October

Breast Cancer Awareness Month : Wearing Pink

What an interesting walk we had today.  We set off from Albert Town, and headed along the track to Cameron Creek, where Graham showed us what his plans were for a Salmon Farm that he is creating.  Extra 1, One of the ponds for the Salmon.  Extra number 2 is of the group walking past the diggings, and the main photo is of Piano Lady taking a photo of this horse who is wearing a pink cover!  (Extra number 3).  That is 'The Tuner' in the background.  From there we walked along the Main Road to the Lavender Farm, where we had our lunch and bought some goodies (extra 4). (Lavender and Rose petal soap).  From the Lavender Farm we walked down Halliday Road to the Pawson Bridge over the Cardrona River, and back to our cars.  A very refreshing drink was enjoyed by all at a local cafe.
