Out!!

A morning working home for 2pm then out again a trip to the cinema.

The disaster movie deep water horizon, lots of action, very loud and a true story, we then nipped out for a meal.
Sunday's are still a difficult time in our house three weeks ago was the start of our troubles.

My neck has felt almost normal today up until about two hours ago and again it is starting to ache.
Yesterday was sheer agony, I've never felt pain like it, and I've broken bones and took many a knock.

I'm hoping I've now turned a corner, my physiotherapist at work told me if I was given a massage it would kill me it was so painful.

Roos obviously been very busy whilst I've been out as he is so so tired!!! Wonder what he's been up too?
