Roast Turkey Dinner

With only 77 sleeps left till Christmas, I reckoned that it was about time that we got round to eating up last year's left-over turkey.

Yes really. I bought two turkey crowns which were reduced in M&S last December, one of which has been taking up space in the freezer all year.

Very yummy too, along with sage and onion stuffing, roast tatties and bread sauce. Please note however, that we never usually have broccoli on Christmas Day.

Anyway, as I said, there are only 77 sleeps left, so better start shopping....
