Earth rolling around: stream on the pond

Washed the pond in our front yard today: So cold water and a lot of dead fallen leaves smelling bad there. Now fresh clean water and the nice place to test long exposure capturing after the job.

My step-mother did offer us (me, our son and daughter and her boyfriend) a lovely sunday lunch today. Hubby was working, so he could not attend... After that we visited to my father at dementia ward and I am afraid that my daughter's boyfriend was quite amazed and shaken about the patients in the ward... He never had visited one. 

But I think he agreed anyway, as I told him, that we have had no choice to take care for my dad otherwise. Strong experience to a young man.

In the evening the young couple left back to Helsinki. I have to say that I really respect my daughter as she studies there. She really is something!
