Surf's up!

With No 3 at her Brownie Pack holiday and No 2 working, me and No 1 took a trip down the coast. Surf was up and there were some brave souls in the cold North sea. Too chilly for No 1 though, mind you she found Australia cold, but of course points out that she was there in their winter!
No 3 returned from her Brownie  adventure. The apple crumble was appreciated, and here she  is in an extra photo. 
The other extra photo is of the wedding taken in 1943 at the same spot as yesterdays Blip. The older ones look quite austere, the younger ones less so. My grandmother is the second lady from the left on the second back row with my grandfather next to her. My great grandfather is the middle gentleman on the back row.
