Sunday activities in Sidmouth

A lovely sunny day and we decided to visit Sidmouth.  After strolling around the Connaught Gardens and watching as a woman quickly went for her morning swim, we ended up on the beach.  Lots of activity was taking place including this rowing group in the foreground.  The local lifeboat was also out speeding around in the calm sea water.

Then it was back home and catch up on the allotment work.  Tomorrow is the final day of our Coast to Coast or Two Moors Way walk, I'm looking forward to it.  We should finish in Lynmouth.
