...  and thinking of 2 of my husband's children who were running the Chicago Marathon as a I was walking. His son completed in 3 hours 32 minutes and his daughter 4 hours and 24. Wonderful ...! Well done both of them. Don't know how they do it.
It took me longer to do this comparatively short walk today after listening to a devastating letter read out on The World this Weekend at about 20:52 minutes into the programme, about the suicide of Matt Irwin. A remarkably eloquent letter about the crippling impact of depression.
