Keeping up with the.....

....good intentions!  A holiday gives you time to think and it was actually me that suggested that we went for a walk this afternoon to clear our heads.  Perhaps a 'tad' too much imbibing last evening with our friends!!  It was good fun though and great to have a meal provided when we were just back.  lovely sunny day here and quite warm if you were out of the wind.  We strolled across the fields, somewhere I haven't walked in two years I'm ashamed to say.
